Jo's Zumba class is a high-energy, mixed-intensity dance fitness session set to Latin and international music. It's suitable for all fitness levels — whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned dancer, you'll get a brilliant full-body workout while having a great time.
Each 60-minute session combines aerobic exercise with dance styles including Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggaeton. No experience or coordination required — just turn up, follow along, and have fun!

Absolutely! This is a mixed-intensity class suitable for all levels. Jo keeps it fun and easy to follow — no dance experience needed.
What should I bring/wear?
Comfortable workout clothes, trainers, and a water bottle. That's it!
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking on-site with 30+ spaces at Longford Park Community Centre.
Does Jo run other classes?
Yes — Jo also runs Zumba on Monday evenings at Chasewell Community Centre (6:30pm). Check her website for the full schedule.
