Three Ways to Train

BEAT Fitness runs multiple sessions at Longford Park Community Centre each week — from their flagship strength & conditioning classes to the dedicated Forever Fit programme for over 55s. Every session has 2 coaches, uses dumbbells and equipment, and finishes with a social tea/coffee.

Strength & Conditioning

Thursdays · 10:30am

Full-body strength & conditioning session. All abilities welcome. West Wing Hall.

BEAT also runs sessions at Ruscote CC, Great Bourton and The Hatchery.

45-minute sessions, inclusive of tea/coffee social afterwards. Bring water, a towel, and comfortable clothing.
