Three Ways to Train
BEAT Fitness runs multiple sessions at Longford Park Community Centre each week — from their flagship strength & conditioning classes to the dedicated Forever Fit programme for over 55s. Every session has 2 coaches, uses dumbbells and equipment, and finishes with a social tea/coffee.

45-minute sessions, inclusive of tea/coffee social afterwards. Bring water, a towel, and comfortable clothing.
